yes and no if there is scar tissue he can say if they were sexualy abused or active but they can not say oh they were may 10th of 2006

in some ways yes but if you are you need to let someone know, you are just a baby and there is no way you should be suffering with that you are not the one to blame they violated your privacy and quite frankly need to be in jail.
you should go to the doctor and they can document any findings to build a case against the person who is hurting you.

If he sees bruising or scratches where they shouldn't be, he'll be highly suspicious.
In any event, if you *are* being abused, you need to tell someone *NOW* - the doctor might be a good person to confide in.
