Funny when the parents say its their job they never do it till the kid is in 20s with several kids,
Other then to quote mates parents.

Its saying its BOTH the parents and teachers job to make sure not only are kids taught all about sex and sexuality, dating, feelings, fingering and bjobs.
But tested repeatidly to make damn sure they know it.

both the parents and the teachers have a responsibility ti teach sex ed! i was only taught sex in 4th year of school and in our 3rd year 10 girls out of 60 got pregnant!
