Dilo lento, what would that mean to you

Instead of "lento" you could use "despacio", it'd sound better.

Dilo despacio = speak slowly

It means "say it slow", but correct grammar would be "dilo lentamente" (say it slowly).

Lento is an adjective (slow), which modifies a noun.
Lentamente is an adverb (slowly) which modifies a verb.
