It does become more true and apparent with each passing day of scientific research. I still haven't read where the Bible was emphatically repudiated due to scientific discovery. On the other hand, science is still in man's imagination when it comes to figuring out what the evidence really means. Remember, it's the same evidence that both of us look at. Still, none of it to date discredits anything in the Bible...unless you make up your mind to believe in the interpretation of some scientists. I don't believe them. They have an agenda.

So let's turn the question around on you, prove the research and it's interpretations to me. By the way, that will be impossible to do. Even the scientists agree with that.

Can't things be true in a universal sense, not neccesarily true from a scientific perspective? In other words, when you read a great novel, or read a biography, do you get something out of it? Does it speak to you? Or do you just go look up dates and places to see what is factual? The Bible was never thought of by its writers as some kind of news report.

Apparently people don't understand your question. Yes the bible should become truer since it was "the word of god." However, since more and more of it is being proven false we know for a fact that a perfect all knowing being did not create such the book. Technically, some people are correct in the assessment that it does not disprove a god but it is very hard to disprove something that didn't exist originally.

Science doesnt need the bible to be proved correct.

The bible is a historical account of the life of Jesus written by pious men but it is not the Absolute word of God.

That Aramaic scripture was lost long ago.
