Atheists certainly think that they're correct on at least one issue that all Atheists agree on. Theists believe the same thing about the same issue that they all agree on. It's the same thing.
Is it a delusion to think that you're correct about an issue? Nah, not really. It's actually normal, even if the person is open to being wrong.
Is it a superiority thing? Only in that each person thinks that he/she is right, and that the other side is wrong. But, superiority in this case is very particular, so the usual connotations don't apply.

I've not noticed a lot more delusion of superiority form the "other side' actually.

Yes, it's a delusion that one is superior and rejects the possibility that there is a higher being that is more superior.

Atheists are only superior in the same way that the adult is superior to the child. Once the child matures, it can easily exceed the parent. Trouble is, theists don't want to grow up.

Actually... I have low self-esteem but that's just because I am a teenager... as for being superior are you kidding me... somedays I sleep in past 2:00 P.M. I guess I have superior lazy skills...

You're making an assumption that's really pretty stupid. I don't have an illusion of superiority. It doesn't take a whole lot of brainpower to outshine a fool like you.

most are just pompass soldiers in just another relgious war. They are no differant then the theists who are not mature enouph to just live and let live. THere all in the same boat.

If believing by common sense, logic and reason as opposed to faith makes one delusionally superior to another person...then...yeah...sure....
