Why do I see repetitive questions daily to prove God exists or does not exist. In your heart you can feel what is right. If you chose to deny God do so without questioning if he exist or not, you've already made up your mind. I've seen miracles far greater than one can even imagine, I've been a recipeint of miracles. My question why does this barraqe have to continue?

Very well said and something that I have wondered about myself. It seems that every day, all day long, all that people post about back and forth is whether or not God exists. I agree with you. People know in their heart what is right. Thanks for the post. Here's a star.

Because it is part of the "forum" of R&S. One way or another people express their views here. I too am one who is an ex marine who served in special ops during Vietnam and used to be one of the meanest around, so my buddies used to tell me afterwards when I involved myself in organized crime the years I dealt drugs and spent in outspace on drugs and drinking. I had a "death" experience and God's grace changed my habits and my hateful ways. Without those who consistantly TEST the faithful, or are looking for answers, or this website, I'd be sitting around watching TV but when I found this place, the 2-3 hours I am here, I know "one" may be spared the hells I have been through and see the Lord's ways.............

Satan uses people on this planet to do his work. Jesus never performed when people demanded that He prove He was God. That is just Satan messing with God/the Holy Spirit.. All we can do as Christians is plant a seed in someone's heart and the Holy Spirit is the one who waters the seed and makes it grow. We can witness to a stranger while waiting for a plane at an airport and we never see that person again in life and it may be years before that person accepts Christ, but we were the ones who planted the seed. That is all we can do sometimes even though we may never see the end result.

I understand where you are coming from . The problem in our world today is that people have a spiritual need but don't want to commit to Christianity because......

1.They don't want to accept the changes it will involve
2.They have been blinded by the world & refuse to ackowledge that we are created beings.
3.They find it easier & less challenging to " worship " the Gods that make no personal demands yet promise them all sorts of benefits.

Like you , I have also seen many miracles....from the birth of our children to the awesome display of God's creation in nature & find it takes more faith to believe these are random acts of " nature " than to put my faith in a creator God .

The fact that people are asking all of these quesations just goes to prove my point that we ARE spiritual beings with a hole in our lives that needs to be filled.

It's how we choose to fill it that is the difference !

I, too, am a born again Christian and often wondered also. I myself just want to share the good news (Jesus) and Salvation with others so that they do not choose the path to destruction. And I've never figured out what the atheists' motivation is to state how they do not believe? They do not seem to want to share their beliefs to help others, so why debate? What I think may be is that when you have not filled a void in your life with Truth, with Jesus, that void REMAINS. And this constantly must stir uneasy feelings up. We were created to love Our Heavenly Father and just like rebellious children, they may feel they are right in their stand, but their rebellious feelings do not bring comfort or peace. Know Jesus, know Peace. No Jesus, no peace. God bless

LOL . . . "why?"

Because the average age here during peak periods of use hovers around 14 (either physically or mentally, take your pick) and because smacktards in BOTH camps just can't resist responding to trolls.

Why would anyone *stop* when OTHERS make it so much fun?

As for "choosing to deny god without questioning if he exists or not" . . . try checking your smug assumptions at the door. That's exactly the kind of crapola that gets things started again around here . . . and for the record, as a heathen, I deny your Middle Eastern god *without* questioning his existence: he's a Canaanite fire deity named "El" with a good PR firm in Rome.

My deepest thanks to you for your service to our country and for speaking truth in this wayward forum at a much needed time!

Like yourself, I also am Christian bought by the Blood of Christ and though I did not see battle, I served this country and am proud to be a Veteran.

Somewhere possibly between us, we might just make a difference. If only one person could come to the understanding that this is for real, and that Jesus really IS who He said, then our efforts would not be wasted.

If nothing else, your example of life and shameless testimony for Christ will be rewarded on that DAY that you and I both know isn't far off.

Keep pressing on!!

The bible says that in the last days people will be blasphemers, unfaithful, unjust, unholy, idolatrors, disrespetful and so on. It is the cycle of life, it states it on Revelations, what is soon to happen!!!!for this reason we have to tell those that don't believe to believe because once God comes its going to be too late like the story of Noahs ark, except this time its going to be fire instead oif water!!!

combat veteran huh?

in basic training they teach you to field strip your rifle.

they expect you to be able to strip and clean the rifle in under 60 seconds. but by the discription that they give you this is impossible.

what is the trick to removing the trigger assembly and seer and putting it all back together so quickly?

*****************************************

and to give you an honest answer. it continues, because Christians continue to try to pass their moral beliefs into the laws of a secular nation (USA). they continue to try to force people to follow their religion.
and they continue to harass and to bother people at home/work. litter the planet with their propeganda. and in general make life miserable for anyone that is not of their belief system.
thus challenging your bible. and the very notion that your god really exists, and is not just another mythology of bronze age men. has become a very profitable business.

I am a real combat veteran ( 1st CAV ) little girl. We still do not put women in combat positions and if it was up to me, they would not be in support. Call me an old fashion pan-theist, but I am having trouble understanding what you are saying.
