i think they are really tired of being pregnant or are anxious to see their little one. and they may not know the effects of Castor oil, like the vomiting and diarrhea, and not to mention that some midwives do use it. maybe they have friends who tell them they have used it and "it wasn't bad" so they feel okay using it too. my doctor actually asked me if i wanted to induce my labor, because some women feel uncomfortable the last weeks of pregnancy, i didn't even know they did that. i guess it depends on the doctor, but if they are willing to take castor oil maybe they should suggest induction to their doctor.

i am currently 40 weeks 5 days pregnant and have had morning sickness every single day from 7 weeks. I know that my dr. is gonna wanna medically induce me this week, but id rather go into labor on my own. Being induced with Pitocin could mean that you go from 0 cm dilated to 10cm dilated in a very short period of time, which is incredibly painful. Also when they medically induce you, you are usually constricted in movement due to an internal moniter that is required to watch the baby's heart rate.
As someone who would like to have a natural (no eqidural) delivery, I would rather try the castor oil then have to be medically induced.

I am no longer certain if it's going to quit hair loss however the castor will aid make your hair thicker, the olive oil will aid make it shinier however i'm really not certain approximately the gingerly oil. I DO recognise that garlic stops hair loss, take a look at making use of a garlic conditioner

I agree. I know how it feels to be at the very end and want it to be over, but I never understood why someone would try to start labor on their own. When you get pregnant you do it knowing that you are signing up for up to 42 weeks of pregnancy.

It is better for the baby than medical induction. And sadly very acceptable in our culture, like medical induction.
