Basically this was the dream and the sheep were coloured sheep. There was a pine tree in the yard and it was quite bushy.

Sheep are week, innocent and helpless. It's likely that the german shepards are protecting the sheep. Are you protecting someone or is someone protecting you?

Perhaps, looking from a higher perspective (through a window) might help you to see the timidity and shyness (2 sheep) growing (in the garden)and transforming into courage, loyalty, and leadership skills (2 dogs). Someone once told me that if you dream about animals in pairs it means you are going to have good luck. I don't know how much faith I would put into that though, just FYI.
