1-Evolution.
For years they fought Darwin and his evolution theory.
Now the Pope, to calm down opposers and end confusion, stated that Evolution does not oppose God's plan. What is this religion that conforms itself every fear years?
2-Masturbation
For years, they taught us that masturbation is evil and unnatural. Science proved them wrong. 99% of men masturbate, including many priests. So now their stance softened on this issue.
3- Homosexuality - See Masturbation.
Euthanasia : Now when are they going to change their mind on this one? Are they happy to see their close ones endure pain?

The Bible is fallible because people are fallible. Everything changes, including beliefs... but people don't think that way. Somehow, in the year 2007, people believe that they have it all right after textual corruption and so many years of others believing differently...
As to why science reforms its teachings, if it can be defined as that...
Science changes based on newfound evidence. It comes up with hypotheses and theories to best explain things given limited or excessive information. But things change once contradictory information is produced. This is the only way to know the world around us and is different from religion, where people change things just out of convenience or conformity to the masses.
Interpreting the Bible differently to fit with science is a mistake. The Bible should be abandoned if its literal interpretations fail because it does not itself say that it should be taken with a grain of salt, let a lone an ocean of it. As religious people slowly give in to more science, what we're left with is the problem of whether God exists or not. Science won't be able to disprove God, nor can believers prove God... but if you base everything else in your life on evidence, why would you choose God?

1-I have never believed in Evolution and never will
2-I have never tried to claim masturbation is a sin
3-I clearly see that the Bible states homosexuality is a sin and I will stand by the Bible on that
I wonder if God really wants to put dieing people on "artificial life support" anyways. They say "pulling the plug" to the machine makes the doctors like God. Isn't a doctor "playing God" when he hooks up the machine to a dieing person?

Well, I don't think you can group all Christians into one category. Some people reform their teachings and others don't. I do think, though, that some people cave in to pressure and change their teachings to conform to a broader world-view. I'm Jewish and this happens in Judaism as well. But, I also think that as we get older, we start to see things from a different perspective and we may realize that our original interpretations perhaps were flawed. I think it's normal to change your mind once in awhile.

its because religious people along with religion is hypocritical and always have been hypocrites. this same thing has happened for thousands of years.like how catholics are not allowed to eat meat on Fridays this is because the pope wanted to help his friend out with his fishing business so declared u had to eat fish instead of meat on Fridays. look it up there is a lot more funny events like this.

Your assumptions show your ignorance on the topics. If your major problem with God is evolution, masturbation, homosexuality, and euthanasia, i feel sorry for you. Sounds like very unfulfilling things to wish for.

My only recommendation related to your statements here would be that it might be more benificial to list the positive teachings, encouragements, and benefits of the Bible.
I bet you could come up with more than 3.
God Bless

Don't confuse Catholicism with Christianity. I don't think Christians pray to Mary, or teach that priests or saints require intercession.

Men change to be popular, God does not change. Many priests are pedophiles that does not make it right. Science says aids can't be cured, it can.
