Your dream really is much more simple that you would think.
Plastic surgery = radical change
face = the way people see you

I don't think that you want to change your appearance because you don't like the way you look. I think that your desire to change your appearance is based on your desire for people to see you differently. Maybe you want your peers to see you as more mature, or more wild, or more attractive.

As for the change that you cannot control, your class schedule may have you apart from your friends, but you are upbeat enough to keep in touch with them while you make new friends, and there could be someone special waiting for you.

Just try not to let this dream get in the way of you living your life. Dreams enhance life, they don't dictate it.

You pretty much figured out everything yourself. You are going into a new situation and it's common that people want to remake themselves. New look for a new place. Plastic surgery is the biggest type of makeover there is (I don't think it's a good way to make yourself over). You can try to buy some new clothes, change your hair style or makeup. It's not the end of the world if it doesn't look perfect. Don't do anything drastic just make yourself look nice. Everyone will be more concerned with themselves then with how you look. If anyone does make fun of you it's definitly because they hate the way they look, that's how people are. Your grandma is your source of balance. Good Luck. I remember my first day of high school. Very exciting.

Maybe it is just a symol of a fact that you are going through a big transition.

I just went through my first year of high school.

At first I didn't like it that much, but after that I loved it a lot and I wish it hadn't gone by so fast.

That just what you may be dreaming about.

Dreaming of surgery could mean physical or emotional problems that need help. It could also mean help in your present situation. Surgery indicates the need to remove something in your emotional life. Most of the time it means drastic changes because of something you did.
