20 years ago it was Thousand Island(a that lovely mixture of ketchup mayo and relish) followed by French, but today everyone loves the Ranch. Personally, I prefer a viniagrette of garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and salt. My second favorite is Caesar and then italian. Europeans(there is alot of them) have different desires due to their culture and the food they consume in their region, their country. I would say a viniagrette would be preferred with most Europeans, but the dutch, they eat the nastiest dressings on the planet. And it isn't a viniagrette.

Me personally, I just go with the good original ranch!! Before I heard of Italian, or Thousand Island.

In the U.S. it has to be that horrible stuff called "Ranch"... because Americans have the taste buds of a goat and it's all over the food isles to get Americans to buy it.
In the rest of the world it would either be Bleu Cheese or a very nice Vinaigerette.

It is probably "none of the above". My favorite is Blue Cheese, followed by French! Ranch will probably win your survey though.

I prefer vinegar and oil or lemon juice and olive oil. I would imagine that in the USA, people will vote for ranch, though--I know people who eat it with literally everything, from pizza to nachos.
