Is it entirely possible that stuff like this happens not because God allows it, but rather that he simply CANNOT prevent it. Could it be that the reason Satan (Lucifer) exists is that God simply does not have the power to banish him...so instead we are led to believe that he actually allows it. Perhaps God is not the almighty one that is so advertised!

God lets satan do evil so we will open our eyes and see that evil is out there. To show us anything bad can happen to us so we better be ready and living for God.

I believe 9/11 happened because it was an attack of Satan. Without a doubt in my mind. The after affects when President Bush declared war was a decision made with the help of God!

Dont put the blame of 9/11 on God. its not God's fault. its a lesson u.s should never forget and a lesson from God. the lesson is watch your back and expect the unexpected. Why are you athiest always trying to hurt God.especially when it does no good besides you ppl can never hurt God. its only gonna cost you in the end anyway. and besides God is highest power and highest authority and when you combine God and Jesus then you got your self one heck of a combination you better watch out because God knows what you do and say so watch it. and besides God can never be defeated.God is way powerful and stronger and better and greater.besides dont compare God to satan either. God created satan(its not God's fault for satan trying to rebel against him its the reason why satan got threw out of heaven) dont mess with God.

A victory? Wow! Satan has your mind warped. After Nine-one-one the amount of people returning to church rose significantly, if that was a victory for Satan then you have a strange sense of core values. What ever Satan does has to be approved by God. When a country kicks God out of their Schools, State offices, and Federal offices he will back off, any thing that takes place then is not of his accord. He will use it to get people to understand when one is under Gods hand of Safety nothing can happen to them. You call Nine-one-one a victory, aren't you Satans fair haired boy.

9/11 was the result of people with ideas that are out of the mainstream and have been twisted by hate. To them it was not evil, to them they were acting out of God’s will to them what they did was holy.

The age-old question of why God lets bad things happens. I don’t blame God for anything. God gave free will to us and it is our choice to commit acts of evil or good. It is not God who has turned away from us but we who have turned away from God and each other.

I find it harder and harder to believe that Satan exists and I see a ton of evidence all over history that the idea of Satan is a scapegoat that we humans us to explain the evil things that we do to each other. We use it as a crutch or an excuse to explain to ourselves why things go wrong or why we as humans have failings and weaknesses instead of taking a hard look inside ourselves and at each other.

We all need to stand up together and say enough is enough. It is time that we take responsibility for our actions good or bad and work past our mistakes, hatreds and weakness to take a long deep look inside of ourselves and say yeah I screwed up, I’m sorry and work past it, beyond it and through it. It is up to us to make things right with each other and to strive to learn from the mistake we have made in the past as to avoid them in the future.

9/11 happened because evil people, with evil intents, did some especially evil deeds. It is not a victory for Satan, it is a sign of Satan's weakness that he must destroy. it is also a proof of the presence of real and tangible evil in the world.

What?

What a load of nonsense to worry about.

9/11 was caused by Arab terrorists succeeded because of a lack of proper intelligence in the US gov't. Nothing more.

It has to be Gods permissive will--there are many battles--God says the war will be won by God. Read Revelation.

No just an example of how evil hates good things and how false doctrine leads people astray.
