It is true, but it is based on faith because we have to have faith that what God's word says is true. Otherwise, we could believe in theistic evolution or some other type of *creation*. ALL things were made by God. And God wants us to trust what He says as truth, even without the proof that He created us.

of course creation has to be based on faith!just like u scientific people have to have faith that there is really air or that the earth was created by one cell some people have faith that God was the one who created the world!!!!!

What is wrong with faith? You can't tell me that you have no faith in anything, and don't rely upon it to be truth. Coz the truth is that the chair you are in is holding you up, but it's only faith that makes you able to sit there without stressing.

because it comes from the written word of God and you have to take that directly from God.. So a person that doesn't believe in God is not going to take anything from a God he doesn't believe in while he is still alive..
But it is also logical. Everything we have is created and why would we think that the most complicated thing in our lives just happened by chance. Nothing else does from your computer, to your car, watch airplanes ect...
Creation is the logical choice..
