My FICO score has dropped 100 points and the credit card debt has risen $5,000-$10,000.... according to the free FICO scores/report that one of my cc companies updates each month. They have never been wrong before for 5+ years.

I recently lost a court case and owe around $10k court costs but it hasn't been finalized yet.... could this be on my credit already????

Yes it will hit your credit pretty quick. I finished a divorce about 2 years ago and it took my credit down the toilet. It is getting back up now but it took a lot of watching.

I signed up for that true credit program with TransUnion. It is about $15.00 a month but they give you unlimited copies of your credit record with all 3 bureaus. They also email you immediately if someone pulls up your credit record or if a new account appears.

Most likely. But if it is, you would see it listed on your credit report under legal items.
