In order to lose weight you need to burn more than you eat. Eating 1200 a day and burning 500, you will not lose weight. You should eat 1200 a day minimum and then exercise to burn at least 1700 calories so that you have a 500 calorie deficit. This way you will lose about 1-2 lbs per week. This is the safe way of losing weight.

Stick w/ eating 1400-1500 calories and burning 500 calories and you should lose the weight in about 4-6 weeks or slightly longer. Drink lots of water. If you only eat 1200 calories and burn that many you could send your body into starvation and lower your metabolism. Try eating 5-6 small meals throughout the day instead of 3 bigger ones to keep you metabolism higher. I drink sugar free redbull to keep my metabolism and me going w/out adding calories.

You should have 2000 calories a day. 1500 is for someone on a diet on top of that your burning 500 in exercises and your body naturally burns around 1500

dont count calories burned - count time doing cardio
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

First you need to find your BMR. BMR Calculator will calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR); the number of calories you'd burn if you stayed in bed all day. According to the information you provided you burn 1429.05Kcal or calories. Then you take your activity level.
The Harris Benedict Formula to determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:

If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
If you are moderately active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

So if you were sedentary you would burn 1714.86 calories a day. One pound is 3500 calories and you want to loose 7 lbs that would be 24,500 calories that you need to burn. If you consume 1300 calories you would be in a 414.86 day deficit with out much activity. If you step up the activity then you will burn it faster but depending on the activity you may need to consume more calories in order to burn more.

Remember if you loose too much weight you will stop menstruating. Worse case; hair loss and loss of bone and/or muscle mass. Make sure that what you do eat is nutritious to avoid severe health problems. Beauty is on the eye of the beholder.

even though you are really skinny it will take about 2-3 weeks depending on how healthy the food you eat is and the how hard you are working your body.
