Im using windows XP, HP Pavillion laptop and can't find the n, with the accent, used in the Spanish language. Can anyone tell me where it is?

EX: nino, nina, manana, these words use the accent over the n, which I can't seem to locate.

Hold the ALT key and then type on the number pad (on the right side of the keyboard, not the numbers on the top) 164 for a lower case ñ and 165 for an upper case Ñ

it's not an accent, it's a tilde, which makes it a different letter
you get it by pressing alt + 164

Go to "insert." When it says "insert what" scroll down until it says "symbol" and you'll get a chart. You have to do a bit of looking, but it's there, I assure you.

to find the n with the tilt you go to the top and look for insert, click insert and then click on symbols, you should be able to find the n, just look around
