I mean I have heard of cucumbers, but ..?? Dont know is there anything else that might work?

you can use a couple of warm tea bags to put on your eyes to remove the puffiness from your eyes or slice a few cucumbers and place them on your eyes. the coolness of the cucumbers are refreshing. or there is one more thing that does work no! kidding! preparation -H just dap a little underneath your eyes to remove the puffiness. good luck!

my ex - gf who is a health food nut says that means you have a selenium deficiency. She gave me a supplement and it did improve the condition. I quit taking it when we split and I have puffy eyes again but I have a peaceful existence again too:)

put 2 spoons in the freezer for a while and then when they are very cold put them over your eyes, it really works
