Honesty, integrity, morally clean.
In answer to Schneb,
here are two scholars that disagree with you;
Professor Benjamin Kedar, a Hebrew scholar in Israel, said:
"In my linguistic research in connection with the Hebrew Bible and translation, I often refer to the English edition as what is known as the New World Translation. In doing so, I find my feeling repeatedly confirmed that this kind of work reflects an honest endeavor to achieve an understanding of the text that is as accurate as possible. Giving evidence of a broad command of the original language, it renders the original words into a second language understandably without deviating unnecessarily from the specific structure of the Hebrew....Every statement of language allows for a certain latitude in interpreting or translating. So the linguistic solution in any given case may be open to debate. But I have never discovered in the New World Translation any biased intent to read something into the text that it does not contain."
Jason BeDuhn, associate professor of religious studies at Northern Arizona University, in Flagstaff, Arizona, U.S.A., examined and compared for accuracy eight major translations, including the New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures, published by Jehovah’s Witnesses.
While critical of some of its translation choices, BeDuhn called the New World Translation a “remarkably good” translation, “better by far” and “consistently better” than some of the others considered. Overall, concluded BeDuhn, the New World Translation “is one of the most accurate English translations of the New Testament currently available” and “the most accurate of the translations compared.”—Truth in Translation: Accuracy and Bias in English Translations of the New Testament.
BeDuhn noted, too, that many translators were subject to pressure “to paraphrase or expand on what the Bible does say in the direction of what modern readers want and need it to say.” On the other hand, the New World Translation is different, observed BeDuhn, because of “the greater accuracy of the NW as a literal, conservative translation of the original expressions of the New Testament writers.”
.Best regards

we are a worldwide brother and sisterhood in 236 lands. we are not a cult as people keep saying. a cult worships man we worship Jehovah God and we live in our own homes. we are not salesman. I guess you would say if Jesus Christ came to your door you would say he was a salesman also. we do not ring your bell early in the morning. we don't leave the kingdom hall until after nine in the morning and don't get to the first door until nine thirty. a salesman is someone selling. our watchtowers and awakes and books and bible studies are free. if you come to the door naked, you would be the fool. I have a dear friend who had a triple bypass without blood and he is doing great. even if I was not a Jehovah Witness I would never take of blood. I rather listen to Jehovah God, he knows best. as far as the bible. the king james bible took out the name of God and put Lord instead. our bible is in everyday language

Jehovah's Witnesses have the true religion. They are Christian (of course), but they are unique for their rejection of paganisms, use of God's personal name, and global preaching by every active adherent. No other religious organization can claim such purity of worship.
These facts about Jehovah's Witnesses are perhaps relevant to this question. The more one compares this Christian religion with others, the more remarkable it is shown to be.
1. Jehovah's Witnesses have no paid clergy. Yet they remain tightly organized with more than 6.5 million active Jehovah's Witness preachers (about 16 million associate themselves with the religion). Even fulltime preachers and workers at their branch offices are unpaid volunteers.
2. There is no elite class among Jehovah's Witnesses. Even the few 'anointed' among them enjoy no special privileges in their congregations on earth. An anointed person (one of those relative few with a heavenly hope) is not elevated above his fellow congregants in any way, and he may not even qualify for appointment as a simple 'deacon' or elder. There are no titles; EVERYONE is addressed as 'brother' or 'sister'.
3. No person benefits economically from the Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Even the 8 to 20 men who serve on their Governing Body receive simply room, board, medical care, and reimbursement for certain personal expenses according to the exact same provision as every other branch volunteer.
4. About a hundred men have served on Jehovah's Witnesses' Governing Body committee during the past 125 years or so. The vast majority of them have spent the vast majority of their adult lives volunteering for their organization's purposes, and the vast majority have died faithfully and near-pennilessly while still under their legal 'vow of poverty'.
5. Amazingly, Jehovah's Witnesses did not splinter as a sect from some other religion. Instead, a truly tiny but sincere group of bible students studied only the Scriptures to determine the will of God. Thus their religion remains absolutely independent of and not carrying the sins of Christendom's history, yet carries the authority of Christ's teachings.
6. Despite the distortions of anti-Witnesses, throughout their modern history Jehovah's Witnesses have refused to claim divine inspiration or infallibility for their teachings. They have pointed to the bible (and not any particular translation) as the only inspired infallible means of knowing God's thoughts. For over 125 years, their teachings have been presented as merely the results of sincere bible research by imperfect but godly humans.

Trust.
..I trust them with everything I have ...and lots of employers will hire them because they will not steal.
They will not waste the bosses time ..
They will always be there and be dependable and pleasant at work.
They do this to please God.
Celebrities have the money to hire the best and they do...Jehovah's Witnesses...but they will not work where there are bad things going on like drugs or crime.
They are kind and hardworking and trustworthy**

Jehovah is a translated name of YHWH
Yahweh is an English reading of יהוה (the "Tetragrammaton"), the name of the God of the Jews or the people of Israel, as preserved in the original consonantal Hebrew Bible text.
In the original Hebrew pronunciation both vowels were short, the first H was pronounced as a consonant, and the final H was silent.
The four Hebrew consonants read JHWH (in German transcription) or YHWH
yeah that is really what i think about

A wonderful brotherhood that i have the privilege of being part of representing the most high, Jehovah God(Psalm 83:18)....and this is extended to all humans of all races, languages, ages, and different lands....we are not a cult...we are not a sect...we are very down to earth people....and we do our best in living by and applying Bible standards...they are for our benefit...not just short term, but also long term...and we do go knocking on people's door or speak to them on the street because this is what Jesus Christ commanded all his followers and is fulfillment of many Bible prophecies at: Matthew 28:19, 20: Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded YOU. And, look! I am with YOU all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.” and also Romans 10:14,15: However, how will they call on him in whom they have not put faith? How, in turn, will they put faith in him of whom they have not heard? How, in turn, will they hear without someone to preach? How, in turn, will they preach unless they have been sent forth? Just as it is written: “How comely are the feet of those who declare good news of good things!” ....Acts 10:42: "Also, he ordered us to preach to the people and to give a thorough witness that this is the One decreed by God to be judge of the living and the dead."....2 Timothy 4:2-5: " preach the word, be at it urgently in favorable season, in troublesome season, reprove, reprimand, exhort, with all long-suffering and [art of] teaching. For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do [the] work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry."
And where do we get our name from...? Isaiah 43:10-12: “YOU are my witnesses,” is the utterance of Jehovah, “even my servant whom I have chosen, in order that YOU may know and have faith in me, and that YOU may understand that I am the same One. Before me there was no God formed, and after me there continued to be none. I—I am Jehovah, and besides me there is no savior.” “I myself have told forth and have saved and have caused [it] to be heard, when there was among YOU no strange [god]. So YOU are my witnesses,” is the utterance of Jehovah, “and I am God.
So we are witnesses of Jehovah...just following his commands...putting the doing of God's Will first in life...not secondary...not to the back...but first(Matthew 6:33...seek 1st his kingdom...). And when we preach...we are not bringing a message of doom or condemning people or even trying to convert people from their religion...everybody has free will and a right to make a choice of how they want to live their life...but we have the responsibility once we know the truth to share it with others...teach them...and let them know what God's Kingdom will accomplish in the near future and how they can be part of that wonderful hope....and all we go by is from the Bible...God's Word...not mans...
