Brightly colored fruits & vegetables are good for your skin because they contain anti-oxidants & phenols.

Salmon is high in omega-3 fat which is also good for your skin & overall health.

I know that eating salmon makes my skin glow ... but I LOVE SALMON so the 'glow' comes from being so happy inside. I've never heard anything about eating cantaloupe, but it may 'make you glow' a bit more ... but your 'best bet' is to get 'plenty of sleep' (7-8 hours every night) for the week before your wedding, and have a good 'long relaxing soak' in a hot bathtub, finishing up with a 'refreshing, uplifting shower' and get your 'hair done' finally right before you get dressed. YOU WILL BE RADIANT ... you'll be at a wedding, and that always makes women 'radiant' ...
