People consider a tornado missing their house "a miracle", but a miscarriage "a fluke of nature".

Why can't I attribute BOTH to Yahweh? Why does he only take credit for "the good stuff"?

That's really what's nice about polytheism. Each realm of nature has its own deity, so it would make sense that although the sea god is angry with you, the farming and fertility god is not.

Because God created the world perfect, mankind is the one that messed things up with sin.

Although I do think attributing a tornado missing a house to a miracle is a little silly. What's going to happen if it gets hit next year?

y-h-w-eh is the be all and end all of the vengeful god. besides, they're saying the same thing. if god created nature, he created the flukes and the fu.ckups too. he does not take credit for it, but we attribute that to him. it helps people sleep at night knowing that someone is out there to save their souls and not repay their sins with hellfire/brimstone/suffering. you're on the road to being a good theologian - next step, stop wondering why people twist the language and ask why does god allow evil to exist if he's so da.mn wonderful?

He doesn't take credit just for "the good stuff." He's in control of the whole shebang.
It's us that sometimes only give Him credit due for certain things. Most Christians will attribute things like your examples to God's will, good, bad, or indifferent.

And what do the people whose house the tornado missed, think about the people that lost their house?

That's Dogams, plain and simple. Actually, surviving a tornado is only a miracle if someone recognizes Christ's role in the event. In your case, that would indeed be miraculous, and supernatural.

As for the latter, try to be more sensitive, please...

you can. everything that happens, good or bad happens because God lets it happen. Muslims see the bad times as trials and the good times as rewards.

You have your free will. If you believe in Him, you can blame Him for anything you please. But if you do not believe in Him, blaming Him is kind of silly.
