The rule of thumb I've heard is:

your weight in lbs / 2

If you weigh 180 lbs. that would be 90 ounces

They say at least 8 glasses, which is 64 oz. I dont drink that much, even though I probably should. Lol.

i usually take 12 to 14 glasses
bt i dnt feel any good effect not on skin not on stomach
i have regular constipation
smtime acne
a dull skin
no freshness
n i use boiled water

according to most dr's you should drink 8 8oz glasses a day.that's 64 oz.

i just drink enough water to keep my pee close to clear. if your pee is dark and smells strongly you arent drinking enough. if your pee looks like water, then yer doin great!
