i wake up at night. there is a small bridge by my house, and my family and iwalk down to the bridge. there is water running under the bridge and many other people are there as well. we stand looking into the water that has a bright yellow spot in it. its menasing looking and i can see people jumping into the yellow spot and disapearing on the other side. i am afraid to jump in so i am thrown in. when i go through i am in a wierd place that seems to be all rooms lining a hallway with ice purple trees lighting the path, i reach up and break off a twig and eat it. its rock candy... then i wake up.

i was 7 when i was haveing this as a recurring dream, and so far no one has been able to tell me what it means. also every dream i have i get to go a little farther in the hallway and each room becomes what ever i want it to be... please tell me if you have any ideas of what this could mean.

Okay, this is what your dream means. The bridge by your house in the dreams represents a point where you are able to cross over from one level to another. The water under the bridge is symbolic of the Spirit of God. The menacing yellow spot you saw in the water represents the "glory" of God. Yellow is symbolic of the glory of God. When the glory of God is present it represents His manifested goodness and favor upon man. That's why the people jumped into the yellow spot. When you finally jumped in, you end up in a place where there are many rooms and purple trees. the purple trees represent believers who are clothed with royalty and righteousness. The many rooms symbolizing an abundance of spaciousness in the house of the Lord. Lastly, when you break off one of the twigs, you said it tasted like candy. This also represent the sweet taste of being in God's salvation, solid, firm and sweet. As the scripture says, "taste and see that the Lord is good".

The bridge in your dream connects contradictions in your emotions and actions. A bridge is a sign of emotional transition. A bridge usually indicates that you will solve your problems and that condradictory opinions can be "bridged". You are on the way to new shores.
Water dreams are always a symbol of a cleansing process and emotional stirrings. If the water is muddy, don't get involved in a questionable transaction. Water is always a sign of your emotional state.
Seeing a vibrant color means your emotions are churning.

My interpretation is spiritual: the bridge by your house represents the spiritual link to another reality, water running below the bridge is the word of God, the yellow spot is Jesus Christ, the light. Jesus says He is the only one by whom we enter heaven that's why people jump in Him, in The Bible purple is a color of elevation, rising and banquet festivities, you can read about the banquet of queen Vasthi in Esther1, Old Testament... As a Child of 7, you cannot receive bigger revelation than your intellect, that's why you' re eating a candy from a tree ... read genesis1,2 and 3 and learn How Adam and Eve ate a fruit from the tree of Knowledge of good and wrong instead of the Tree of Life which is Jesus.

Bridge = associated usually with "overcoming obstacles".
Water = If it's cristal-clear, you will enjoy good fortune.
Light spot = Any form of light, except flames, are a sign of power/conquest of or surpassing obstacles.
Trees = Sometimes associated with lack of clarity or transparency.
Branch/limb = Energy source.
Color purple = Unless it's bright, it means danger.
Un-familiar rooms = Worries or concerns.

Hope it helps.

i don't know if this is right or wrong...but my feeling when i first read this was the yellow spot is everything you desire...most people are so willing to get everything they desire they will jump into the water freely...for some reason you are holding back and it is not as alluring to you...maybe you have all you need and don't have that desire as you see it in others...you are happy with your home...your family...and don't see a need to muck it up...of course no home is perfect every minute but it seems you may be content...anything else is just rock candy...just a thought...

Allow this dream to develop on it's own....just as you have been doing. Keep moving down the hallway and you may find the answer when your dream has come to an end! I think it would be amazing to have a dream continue like your! Keep it going and enjoy it! I bet the answer will be revelaed to you.

Dreams are fun to think about, but I don't personally place very much importance upon them. They are just random thoughts, but because they are sometimes influenced by events and stresses in our lives, people think there is something important going on.

I certainly wouldn't pay any "professionals" to help interpret them, you are waaaay more qualified to interpret dreams than someone who's not having them.

you are uncomfortable with your life, so in your dreams you basically get the perfect life because each room is whatever you want to be.
