There is NO teacup anything. A teacup is in imperial. An imperial is the runt of the litter or a pup that has been specifically bred down (by inbreeding).
These so called teacups will have health problems later in life. They have shorter life spans and you can not breed those small dogs.
Some of these pups actually will grow to be the regular size of the breed even if they do start out small.

There is no such thing as a "teacup" in any breed (and a "puggle" is a MUTT, not a breed of dog),
Unfortunately there are backyard breeders who are breeding small dogs to smaller dogs to produce what they can claim to be "teacups" so they can attract buyers with the idea that they have something "special". This is an unscrupulous practice because responsible breeders breed to preserve & improve a breed as described
in a written standard. Breeding to emphasize a single characteristic (i.e. smallness of size) compromises the integrity of EVERY OTHER characteristic and the result is an unsound, incorrect dog. These dogs are very fragile and unheathy and a type that no responsible breeder would breed! All, in all the practice of breeding so-called "teacups" or "minis" is a dangerous corruption of the breed .Please don't support this unethical practice.

Unfortunately, there is no such thing as a teacup anything. "teacup" is a sales ploy by breeders and pet stores to make you believe that the dog you are or may be buying is rare or special. In all honesty, "teacups" are just runts, and if you are lucky, thats all they are. Some breeders even go as far as trying to breed this extra small size which is incredibly dangerous and is an open door for innumerable health problems.
My mother is a yorkie breeder and in her many years of breeding, she has had about 5 "teacups". Many potential buyers have come in offering absurd amounts of money for these tiny pups and my mom has had to explain to them the truth which I have heard over and over. Each of these runts, my mom has kept herself, not beileving that anyone else could be as watchful as her to their potential helath problems and be willing to pay the ever increasing vet bills on them. She has 2 left now, but the rest have passed on because of health complications. This is over the course of perhaps 10 years.
You shouldnt be trying to buy a dog online. You never know who or where your dog is actually coming from. The smartest thing you can do is arange a meeting. Ask to see where the dogs live and are raised. The healthiest dogs are raised in rooms and the main house, not in kennels. The area should be clean and the dogs should look happy and healthy. Whithout seeing this for yourself, you could very likely be buying from a backyard breeder who only breeds for profit. Good breeders breed for temperment and health and never profit. There is no money to be made in breeding.
And puggles are just as much of a sales ploy as teacups. "designer breeds" is just a fancy term for mutts. You may like them and you may think they are cute, but dont confuse yourself between muts and breeds of dogs.

There is no such thing as a teacup anything. Chihuahuas are the smallest breed of dog and some were bred to be smaller than what is natural for them. Despite the "cuteness" of being able to stick them in your pocket and carry them everywhere "teacup" dogs are high risk dogs. Their organs can be smooshed due to their tiny size. They can easily be stepped on and more prone to injury than other dogs. If you are looking for an accessory dog buy a stuffed animal.

Don't do it. It is unscrupulous to breed a dog down like that. There are a lot of unpredictable health possibilities. Don't encourage people to do irresponsible breeding.
Look for dogs in rescue. Thousands of small dogs die of homelessness every year.
