Yes there is but most of life there is bad/evil, I accept it an move on. Lifes a ***** and so it will be for ever more, ie that I wont have the nerve to bring my kids into this world.

I like going up the cliffs (that are near me) it feels like I'm a million miles away, and its a good place to think, and just take in the beauty.
There are good things in life, I guess its just easier to get stuck on the negative.

sunsets, dawn, stars, rocks with moss on, old brick walls, faded wooden fences, gates with peeling green paint, the spp factory backlit in the fog (gone now), clouds, low grey skies and blackbirds singing in the woods, my family, books, oxmoor woods full of bluebells, the paddock near my house full of buttercups, the night sky in cuzco,sailing in rough seas, galway bay seen from the road to barna, the sky seen reflected in ice, watching the snow fall during a blizzard from the comfort of a dark room with an open fire, kittens and puppies and small cute animals in general well all animals even the ugly ones, mangers, budvar and tequila, shakespeare, keats, frost,a.h.m. jones, whitman, yeats, dylan thomas,(and so on and so on), mountains and hills, fields full of poppies and cornflowers, the wind in the wheat, van gogh, monet, the wilton diptych, epstein, rodin, (again and so on) the moon on a clear night when the world is covered in snow, the veiw from waterloo bridge at night, lamb pasanda with pilau rice, charka dahl, bombay aloo and naan, greenland seen fro the air, the kindness of strangers, rain in a granite gutter, there are lots of nice people too. and all too much more.

Are you depressed or something? Look out your window...pm. you see stars, am. you see clouds, sun birds etc. You can see colours, hear music, walk, talk, love, sing, run! The whole world is a miracle and you're part of it....! There's a lot of bad things in the world but so much good...look at it, live it and feel it and appreciate it.
