"...que él había creado." Does this translate to "that he has created?"
I'm just not sure if I used the correct form when using this tense..

1.that he HAD created = que él HABÍA creado
2.that he HAS created = que él HA creado

"había" is the imperfect forming meaning 'had'

if you want "he has created" use "ha creado"

"...que él ha creado" = "that he has created"
