after i ride my bike 1 mile a day i just cant breath

Asthma is a fairly common condition that any doctor can run tests (measuring your breathing) to check for. Sometimes people develop asthma later in life and often mistake environmental allergies for asthma. The only way to know for sure is to see a doctor.

The only way to know whether or not you have asthma is to go to the doctor. He will do a physical exam and ask some very specific questions. He may even run some lung function tests. Please see your doctor.
