I have some pains in my neck right now. I've had them all day. I'm 12. Also, how far away is San Jose costa rica from Irazu costa rica? What should I do about the pains? I can't turn my neck or lean it backwards

You probably slept on your neck wrong last night. You should take some ibuprofen, alternate ice and heat, and it should get better, but if it doesn't you should probably go to the doctor.

I would recommend that you tell your mom what has happened and also this needs to be evaluated by a dr. In the mean time you may want to try some heat to see if that helps to ease some of the pain.
