my memory is not that great and i have trouble remembering things. im not trying to forget a memory or anything like that, i just want to improve my memory. any help would be great!

Hello!

Hypotherapy is very contraversal. It is now not allowed to be used as evidence in court due to the suggestiablity of the mind in a hypnotic state.

This being said, please be careful if you decide to use a hypnotherapist and PLEASE get good recomendations.

You may want to look at look into EMDR therapy. It is new and helps people remember and cope with trauma more gentally and at their own pace rather than reliving the trauma.

While I myself do not use EMDR, I have a friend who has gotten a lot of benefit and overcome YEARS of trauma from it.

Well, Mythbusters tested it and their conclusion was yes. However, they forgot to test something else. They did not test to see what happens if the subjects were asked about something they had no way of knowing, such as the color of the underwear of the people they were describing or what was the third (of two people) doing. It can be possible to create false memories thru hypnosis.

Drink lots of RED grape juice, it is a blood thinner and the blood circulates through the brain better causing better memory. Alzheimer's Pt's. use it alot
