Have you, perchance, read the IPCC 4th Assessment Report? It's got all the info on global warming you could ever possibly want. A thorough read through should quell any doubts you may have about the theory. Here's a link to it, you can read the whole thing online for free:
http://ipcc-wg1.ucar.edu/wg1/wg1-report.html
Have fun!
Of course, you know every bit as well as I that you're asking a loaded question. Obviously global warming can't be proven 100%, no scientific theory can. What we =can= do, however, is show that the theory is better than all the others devised to explain the observable facts (in this case, the observed climate change). And so far, human-caused global warming theory has done that marvelously well.

I'm sure there are some people who beleive it based simply on what they're told, conversely there are people who dispute it based on what they're told.
The fundemental difference is that one side has the science, credibility, documented proof, 100+ years of research and the other side has speculation and rumour. I guess it's understandable why so many people beleive man can and does have an adverse influence on the atmosphere.
The scientists can very easily prove it, if you were in my lab I could rig up an experiment that would demonstrate the heat retaining properties of the greenhouse gases - obviously on a small scale but the principle in the atmosphere is the same.
Global warming is the result of greenhouse gases in the atmopshere. If there weren't any then the planet would be some 33 degrees C colder than it is now and life would never have evolved. It's thanks to atmospheric greenhouse gases that we're here today.
Any imbalance in the natural flux is bound to cause problems, if we sequestered GHG's from the atmosphere the temp would fall and similarly if we increase GHG levels the temp will rise. The principle isn't that much different to adding or removing layers of clothing to regulate body temperature.
In nature there is a natural carbon cycle and every year hundreds of billions of tons of CO2 pass through the cycle by being absorbed or released from the oceans, biomass, soil etc. This natural cycle has 'spare capacity' of approx 3 billion tons per annum. If our emissions were below 3bn tons they would be processed by the carbon cycle but unfortunately they're far in excess of this (29bn tons of CO2 emissions last year alone).
This results in a huge built up of GHG's in the atmosphere, effectively creating an ever thickening blanket around our planet.
The science behind it is really quite simple - a lot of websites explain it but use technical terminology, if you want a detailed explanation then let me know and I'll explain in 'normal' language.

does man has an adverse influence on the atmosphere?
Are you seriously asking that question? Have you ever heard of pollution? Smog? Acid Rain?
These are adverse affects of "man" and we influence those things by polluting. Before the industrial revolution there was no smog or acid rain (eccept in select areas after a volcano), so do we affect our atmosphere... Absolutely!
You can argue global warming all you want, but smog and pollution are things you can see, taste and smell and they can NOT be denied as "natural phenomina".

Your in a crowded elevator, when suddenly you feel the urge to pass gas. Now, what do you do? Release the gas and deal with the results or do you withhold it until you are in a different environment? Either way, you react to the presence of gas in the atmosphere, so what do you think? Does Man have an adverse influence on the atmosphere or not?

I wouldn't say that religion is proof (I think we see proof of it every day when you observe what people put into the air & the earth - pollution, wasting energy, disposing of items into the earth that are not biodegradable, etc) BUT the scriptures do talk about humans ruining the earth (and everything I've mentioned is ruination) at Revelation 11:18 which says, "But the nations became wrathful, and your own wrath came, and the appointed time ... to bring to ruin those ruining the earth." So not only does it say what we are doing to the earth, but it does hold out a hope for it to be eliminated!

HERE IS THE PROOF THE CO2 WE EMITT IS OURS
not just "I´ve hear"... "people say..."
------------------------------...
So now for the people not believing WE put the CO2 in the atmosphere:
Global atmospheric mass around the earth:
5.148*10^18 kg
=5.148*10^15 t
=5.148*10^12 kt
=5.148*10^9 Mt
=5.148*10^6 Gt
=5,148,000 Gt
Global man-made CO2 (only... it accounts for 70% of all the man-made greenhouse gases):
=24Gt/year
CO2 density=1.98kg/m³
Air density=1.2Kg/m³
Ratio: the CO2 density is around 1.6x the density of air.
This means that for the same weight, CO2 has 1,6 times less molecules (parts)
Now what is the rate we increase CO2 in the atmosphere for sure (counted land use change/deforestation/use of fossil fuels, etc...):
5,148,000 / (24/1.6)=2.9*10^(-6)
Considered in PPM (parts per million) 1 million=10^6
change in PPM = 2.9 * 10^(-6) * 10^(6)
2.9 PPM (per year)
So during the average 1997-2017 period we should increase the PPM concentration by 29PPM
Now look at the measurements:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/image:mauna...
We see an increase of close to 20PPM in the last decade...
THIS IS TOTALLY CONSISTENT WITH MY CALCULATION PUTTING THE MAN MADE CO2 AS CAUSE FOR THE INCREASE IN THE EARTH ATMOSPHERE
If you are not sure of the accuracy of fossil fuel based calculations, check the GHG protocol from the WRI (World Resource Insitute): www.ghgprotocol.com

There's abundant proof in scientific articles, such as the ones referenced in these two documents:
http://www.globalwarmingart.com/wiki/Image:Climate_Change_Attribution.png
http://www.ipcc.ch/SPM2feb07.pdf
You need to go to the library, find the references, and read them. The world's scientists have done exactly that.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scientific_opinion_on_climate_change
"There's a better scientific consensus on this [climate change] than on any issue I know - except maybe Newton's second law of dynamics. Global warming is almost a no-brainer at this point,You really can't find intelligent, quantitative arguments to make it go away."
Dr. Jerry Mahlman, NOAA

Ever hear of smog?
The scientists can, and have, proven it. You just can't seem to accept it. Deal with reality.
