If you want my opinion - now I'm trying to make a point here too - NASCAR will probably slap him on the hand and Kurt will get off with something small. But had it been using the wrong backet to mount the back wing (Like Dale Jr.) team they get hit with a big fine, docked points and 6 weeks suspension. My point? The bracket thing was about stupid in my book to penalize somebody that bad. This case is even worse and Kurt probably won't get half the penalty Tony Eury, Jr. got. Things seem to always work out that way.
But Smokey boy needs to be sat down and talked to also. He shouldn't have kept on hitting Kurt. Some of that could have been avoided. Smokey is already on probation as it is.

Definitely a huge fine, and point deduction. There should be a bigger deduction for him than Jr. Jr. cheated didn't endanger anyone. Kurt Busch couls have severely hurt someone.
I don't see a suspension unless Kurt was on probation.
If he ever pulls another stunt like that though he should be suspended 5 races.
I'm saying cut him one break, then next time cut his neck.

I hope the suspend Kurt for at least 4 races. What he did was dangerous and he very well could have killed a person on pit road. Driving professionally in a stock car is a privilege not a right, and he needs to learn that.

Hard to say but I would think that it will be at least 15,000 fine and deduction of points. He needs to learn that you can't just wreck someone to get them out of the way. As for Tony, he had enough slack to give Busch just a tad more room. I could see that wreck coming about two laps before it happened. Just to tight of racing. Also, both driver spotters must have been asleep.

I would guess it is going to be around the 50 point range with a fine of around 15-30 grand. Without getting into details of the accident itself, the action of pit road was extremely dangerous. Thankfully, that crew member happened to look up when he did. I think the penalty should be harsh harsh. 100 points with 50-100 grand, I would say higher but I don't think NASCAR will go higher. For me this is far worse than brackets like Jr. or even what ever was in Waltrips fuel. His actions took place and put someone who was not involved with anything in jeopardy.

Hard to tell, Kurt endangered a pit crew member, had some contact with Tony's car(there's a picture to prove it)

It all comes down to how harsh NASCAR will be, it's been getting harsher recently.

I am not sure what it will or should be but cheri b are you nuts! did you not see Tony's pit crew member have to jump over the car to avoid Kurt when he pulled up next to him! Busch needs to be fined big time!!!!!

I don't know ,I did not get to see the race I was working, but I did listen to it.Did the fans cheer when he almost ran over a pit crewman since they cheered when Gordon hit the wall last week?I figure they want to see someone get hurt.I'm sure that NASCAR will show their butts and fine him something.I bet Stewart's pit crew will be watching and get out of the way of #2 next time.

it will be in the 150,000 range which money isn't the issue, but most likely 100 driver and 100 owner points, suspended for one race, and placed on probation till the end of season
