Well I had a disappointing race. Kevin Harvick and his COT just don't get along together. When he drives the Car of Yesterday he does so good. I think that COT is going to ruin some of the better drivers this year until they and their teams can figure it all out. Maybe Rick Hendrick will offer some pointers.

Well you like Kevin Harvick and he hasn't had a great year with that COT. But my favorite driver, team mate Jeff Burton hasn't exactly like that new car neither. I hope RCR figures something out soon and starts winning some of these COT races. Go #31 Jeff Burton.

I have heard time and time again that NASCAR drivers have said that you really have to "drive" these cars. With that being said, the better "drivers" will rise to the top. I do really hate saying that because now Jeff Gordon (not a fan of) is proving he knows how to "drive". I believe that even when all the teams get this car all the way figured out, some drivers who were good in the car of yesterday, will not be good in the COT's and vise versa.

It all comes down to which team the great drivers are on. You make a great point about Harvick, RCR is really having a tougher time with this than anticipated. I mean, they seemed like they had this car down, but I guess it didn't turn out that well for them.
This year may as well be a learning year, hopefully the top drivers can figure it out soon and take their rightful positions.

Well, if the driver can't drive the car is he considered a great driver? They are all using the same stuff. The cars will be more equal. So maybe if that driver who was good with the current car but can't cut it on the COT, well I guess he isn't as great as you thought.

I think that the COT is something that all teams have to deal with and the sooner they do it, the better they will be. hendricks has embraced the car because they know that its coming full time next year, so they want to make the best of it. Other teams should do the same.

Drivers need to stop complaining about the COT and learn how to race it otherwise Hendrick is going to own NASCAR in the near future when all races are ran with COT. They have it figured out when all these other drivers just want to ***** about it

No.It will make drivers work to drive their cars.Don't get me wrong but the cars as we know them could use the same basic setup at most of the tracks. Now the drivers have a car that mimics the cars used in the 60's and 70's.

dont look for hendrick to help anyone unless it is lucrative for him...As for the drivers, they are all getting beat up by this car and thats gonna continue until they have more time with it and get the hang of all the ins and outs of it.

They are not better drivers if they can only drive one type of car.

It wont ruin anyone but some drivers and crews adapt to change easier than others.
