it's loaded with sugar and that can give you a headache. I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.
I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day. Realize that exercise, ambient temperature, and state of health affect the water needs of your body.

It couldn't hurt to try. It helps some people. You need to figure out WHY you're getting these headaches. Are they are one side of the face only? If so, they're migraines, and there are some wonderful new medications for migraines. Treximet and Imitrex plus many, many more. If they're across your forehead like a vice, those are tension headaches. For those, have you tried over the counter meds like Tylenol, aspirin, Advil, Aleve, or Excedrin? Always get Extra Strength, generic is fine, and take them exactly as prescribed on the box or the bottle. Any more will not help any more. If those don't work, there are prescriptions meds like Fioricet that really work! You might be suffering a lot for no reason. So please, consider seeing your regular doctor about this problem. Bless you and good luck! :)

We have treated 15 - 20 yrs cases.
There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Drugs hit liver,stomach and liver. Gatorade is making your liver hyperactive hence the H/A.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

I agree with the other posters about the sugar causing this. I have tried the stuff before and found it to be way too sweet for me.

I agree - it's the sugar. Or you're allergic to food coloring.
