no.. you pee when your bladder is full..

now that is outragerous, since there are 2 kidneys that filter blood which will produce more urine..however the bladder will still hold same amount of urine and if having one kidney..it will be more slower before going to bathroom...either way people can live with one kidney without so called going to bathroom twice as much

No, your kidney produces the urine. Your bladder is the holding tank. The bladder will remain the same size, no matter how many kidneys you have. The amount of urine produced depends on your hydration status and the health of your remaining kidney and cardiac output (strength of your heart).

I only have one kidney and seem to go less than other people

I'd say they don't because how often you go pee is controlled by your brain by how much urine is in your bladder.
