There are 2 places in the foot - dorsalis pedal which is right on the top center of the foot and posterior tibial which is behind the ankle. If neither of these can be felt you should move up the leg to the popliteal, which is behind the knee. If you do not feel the pulses in the feet and they are discolored, numb, tingling or have any other unusual color or sensation, you may have a circulation problem.

There is pulse point along the achilles tendon where you can check circulation...but it's not an artery...you'd have better luck with the upper legs, checking either the Femoral artery in the inner thigh...or the Popliteal artery beging the knee in the soft area where it bends. Good luck!

pulse is in middle on top of foot, i know , cuz i had a blood clot that was near fatal, & they checked my feet in hospital often during my 10 day stay.
