I'm 25yr 5'8" 195lbs male. I want to get around 175lbs range by the end of summer (labor day). i was around 205lbs 6 weeks ago. i have been walking/jogging 3 to 4 miles a day, 5 days a week. i lift weights every other day. water is the only thing i drink. i dont eat fried foods, fast food or junk food. i watch what i eat, but i dont count calories. sometimes after working out i will eat some fruit. Is there anything i should or shouldnt do that will help me reach my goal?

dont count miles -count time doing cardio which should be 4-6 times a week for 30-50min
do weight first then cardio
its better to eat fruit before exercising because they contain complex carbs and give you energy
have some protein after working out - it repairs muscle
have 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
cut out everything thats made out of white flower - chose whole grain

Everything you are doing is definitely in the right direction. Why not count your calories? You should make a food journal and count every little thing you put in your mouth. Keep in mind just because you are exercising doesn't mean the numbers on the scale will go down. You might see inches go down instead. Either way its a good thing as long as you are doing it in a healthy way.
