Check out WDW Info's website; their info section has some good information as well as tools to estimate costs. http://www.wdwinfo.com/discounts/discounts-tickets.htm
As for making travel plans and making reservations, you can't beat TheMagicForLess.com - here's their website. You might want to ask them how you can get the least expensive tickets for Disney parks when you ask for a quote. Their website is: http://www.themagicforless.com/

Never sit through a timeshare presentation unless you are truly interested in purchasing a vacation home for your or your family. The free ticket incentice is not worth the time if you are not interested in buying what they have to offer. Also, often they only give one ticket, and odds are, you'll need more than one ticket. The only way to get a free ticket is to become a Disney Cast Member or use a Cast Member's free ticket. Otherwisem you'll have to pay. However, you can find discounted tickets at your local Disney store or through AAA if you have a membership.

About the only way to get free tickets to Disney is to do a timeshare. They are annoying and take a very long time, but if you need to save money, there really is no cheaper way to go.
You need to tell your neighbor to search around cause every company is different for what they offer and some are better than others. If they don't mind going to the timeshare thing, usually around 4 or 5 hours, they will probably really benefit from it.

NO such thing. You have to give up time and not let people pressure you into buying. IF you look over a time share they usualy give you lunch and either free tickets to a dinner show or to a theme park. But if I remeber correctly you have to put down a 100's before the tour and get it back after if you don't buy.
Here is a sight for disney tickets for 26 dollars.

Sometimes they give tickets if you're willing to sit in on a 3 hour sales promotion for time shares. (You don't have to buy the time share to get the tickets, but I personally don't care to waste 3 hours of my time listening to a sales pitch!)
Disney has a time-share type offer with their Vacation Club - only it's based on points and you can use it any time you want, from what I understand. It's an investment in one of the Disney resorts, but you can use your points at other resorts, not just the one you invested in.

not going to happen, disney doesn't give anything away for free, and don't get them for free off the internet, because it is a scam...the only way you could get them for free is if you get them as like a present from sombody else!!(lol)
