Medical help about pain???

SOmeone I know has had pain in their neck and shoulders. They also have a headache. This has been goin on for several weeks. Why is this? please help!!

It could be stress, poor posture, spinal mis-alignment..... The headache is most likely a tension headache which is caused by tightness of the neck muscles. The best thing to do is see a chiropractor (find one with a massage therapist on staff).

It's possible that it could be spasms but the only way to know for sure is to see the doctor about it and see what they think is going on.
