Have to go with Scouse on this one - absolutely no idea about this question.
In th Land Of Oz, we call this phenomenon 'One kangaroo short in the top paddock"
It's a cool question; however, I'm just clueless to your mindset.

Grim reaper is right up there with God,Satan and Santa Claus to me. I try to treat everyone well and make a positive impact on the world I live in. When it is time to die that is all that will happen is that I will die..I just hope that i leave the world better than i found it

Well firstly, you have to work out whether you believe something happens to you when you die. So to answer that, yes i do. However, if there is a life it would assume their is a God (a personal belief) and to assume there is a God would assume there is truth in the bible, which would in turn suggest that your own experience on what your life has meant to you, has nothing to do with what you experience after the grim reaper sais hello.

the meaning of life is to be alive and there is no difference between saving someone's life by giving up your own or sitting in your basement smoking crack and complaining about how unfair the world is.
if you want to believe in grim reapers, levels of heaven, nirvanna, 40 virgins and a mule or whatever it is...do it.
it's all to the same end. you're just dust waiting to happen.

The grim reaper is folklore.
I live my life and try to enjoy is as much as I can because I believe this is it.

Everything has to do with outcomes. Cause and effect. Meaning isn't something I always think about in my dealings with others. But cause and effect is always important e.g. how my actions reflect on others lives.
I don't worry about what's going to happen after my death. That's where hope resides perhaps. Anyway this is much to complex a question for me.
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who found this a difficult question. :)

If you live a good life why would you have to fear the grim reaper at all?

I'm not attached to an afterlife and have no expectations of one. This attitude has given my life more joy and meaning in the sense that I'm more capable of living in the moment, not bogged down by worry and regret. My meaning lies in leaving things better for those I will leave behind.

I think it has something to do with what you think, feel or believe because if you live in fear of the hereafter you limit the full enjoyment of the life yo have because everything is a sin.
Live like there is no tomorrow and you will find great fulfillment.

How closely is physical health connected to spiritual, mental or emotional health?
Some believe their interlinked and you can't have healing or dis-ease in any one without effecting the others.
But sooner than we think we'll all be dust in the wind!
Unfortunately, sometimes the good DO die young and the bad ones just live on and on and on . . .
