You don't have to pick someone from the list.

I'd go for Mr. Bourdain because he'd add something special that most of the other kids would have no idea what it was.

That's a tough one. Bourdain first, because I like his lifestyle and food. He'd be perfect in this house. Then Alton for the science, then Emeril for his enthusiasm.

Bobby Flay can go the way of the dodo bird.

Giada DeLaurentis OR Bobby Flay

Mario Batali--the guy owns the top 3 restaurants in the number 1 food city in the world, New York.

My second choice is not on your list: Wolfgang Puck.

Emeril would be my third choice.

I might consider Bobby Flay when I want honey and chipotle sauce dripped on my shoes.

Wow! Well, i was ready to pick Lidia Bastanich or Rick Bayless but they didn't make your list. So how about Mario Batali (Mondays -Wednesdays-Fridays) and Bobby Flay (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and Alton Brown on the weekends! :-)

I don't need a personal Chef, but I wouldn't mind cooking with Mario, Bobby, and Alton. I'd also like to do a few things to...I mean with Giada.

Hmmm, good chocies. I love Italian food so Mario and Giada would be in the running
But for sheer pleasure I go with Alton!! He would be fun to watch and I would learn so much

Yeah, Alton Brown would be a lot of fun, never a dull moment with him, for sure.
Wolfgang Puck, b/c I kinda think he may be the best in the "flavoring dept." with tha spices 'n herbs...
Each chef has his own individuality, talents, skills, style, etc. Don't guess that particular opportunity will come my way. lol
Forgot to mention that Michael Chiarello is the sexiest!

Tyler Florence for an actual chef and Paula Deen just for the pure enjoyment of having a southern cook in my kitchen to laugh and have fun with.

If it were at all possible, everyday I would rotate all you have on the choice list with Tyler Florence added to the mix.

I'd pick Thomas Keller of The French Laundry (Napa) and Per Se (NYC).

Off that list...either Mario or Bourdain.
