he wanted me (it's already evening) to be soft-spoken and patient with my family & kids.....and I must say, I actively concentrated and focused on it; and TODAY WAS A VERY GOOD DAY!! the power of prayer and its' application truly does work! i hope i do the same tomorrow. *smile*

Spend time with Him in prayer and listen to Him by reading His word.
I don't feel like it, but I'm going to do it anyway.
