Sounds like she is anorexic with a little bulemic. Two disorders means big trouble. She obviously has a very poor outlook on herself. You need to be there for her, follow her to the bathroom after meals, so she feels like she can't throw up, try to talk to her about it and try to get her to eat. If it gets carried away she will end up in the hospital.

Sounds like your "friend" defintely has a serious problem and needs serious help. It sounds like she may be bulimic. You should try to get her serious help. This is a very dangerous eating disorder and for you not to do anything would make you an enabler. She needs help; she needs a friend. Talk to someone and talk to her. Good luck!

Anorexia - starving oneself, purging eaten food, bad self-image. See if you can help her get squared away. This could kill her, at worst, or make her too weak to function well.

A combination of anorexia and bulimia. This is a very serious problem that sometimes leads to death when untreated! Please insist that she see a doctor about it.
