It's from the inspired writings of the bible.

From one of St John's letters.

I do. Even in His anger He is slow to anger. In the book of Jonah He gave mercy because of the repentance of Nineveh. He gives chance after chance for us to choose Him and even when we reject Him He allows us our "freedom" to choose.

I agree whole heartedly. God is alone and high above anything we associate with Him. Jesus (pbuh) was just a prophet who told everyone to worship one God, but after he died many people changed his message.  Deuteronomy 13:1-4 (New International Version) Worshiping Other Gods  1 If a prophet, or one who foretells by dreams, appears among you and announces to you a miraculous sign or wonder, 2 and if the sign or wonder of which he has spoken takes place, and he says, "Let us follow other gods" (gods you have not known) "and let us worship them," 3 you must not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer. The LORD your God is testing you to find out whether you love him with all your heart and with all your soul. 4 It is the LORD your God you must follow, and him you must revere. Keep his commands and obey him; serve him and hold fast to him. What's very interesting to note about these verses, is that the line in parenthesis  (gods you have not known) is something that has been added in. That is precisely why it is in paranthesis. If you read the verse without the parenthesis, you get a clearer understanding:  2 and if the sign or wonder of which he has spoken takes place, and he says, "Let us follow other gods and let us worship them," 3 you must not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer. Paul, who persecuted Christians while Jesus (pbuh) was alive, claimed that he had a vision of Jesus (pbuh) speaking to him after he had died. It is his teachings that put Jesus (pbuh) as God and tells us we should worship him. Jesus (pbuh) never himself says, I am God worship me. This is a test from the Lord. This is what Jesus (pbuh) says:   Luke 18:19 (New International Version)  19"Why do you call me good?" Jesus answered. "No one is good—except God alone. Here he is making a clear distinction between himself and God. I hope I was of some help to you. Peace be unto you and the blessings of Allah.

Yes I agree with the statement "God is Love"! Because think of it this way: As a Christian you should love your neighbor, but have you ever met that type of person who is unlovable? You truly have to have God in your heart to Love everyone!!!!

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, so that whosoever believes in Him shall have everlasting life. John 3:16

But not enough to stop tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, and earthquakes from sowing death an destruction amongst believers and non-believers alike.

Nor enough to stop starvation, plagues or parasites that kill and disable.

I disagree with the statement.

I see no sign of god in this world.

To say god is love is to say that love is nothing.

I definitely see signs of love and the great things it can do.

NO Thier is more LOVE out thier than just God. I guess if your really into all the bible and god then everything would stem from that so to somepeople yes God Is Love but to me love is what you make it and god has nothing to do with that
