My health insurance is now offering great savings by ordering my family's prescriptions through the mail. Has anyone ever done this? If so, were you happy with the service? It's through Right Source...thanks in advance!

Generally many health insurance companies offer deeper discounts if you go through mail order, for example, you can get a 90 day supply brand name medication for $30 whereas at the pharmacy you would pay the same thing for a 30 day supply. Big savings, however, some pharmacies, such as Target and Wal-Mart now offer huge savings that it does make sense to shop around. I haven't heard of Right Source so do some research with your insurance company to be on the safe side. Good luck.

For a number of years, our health insurance carrier did the same thing. It worked great. However, I have no experience or knowledge about Right Source.

I do it. It takes about 2 weeks to get them back.

Also, shop carefully - when you do prescriptions by mail, you get 90 days for a flat copay . .. sometimes, it's cheaper to go to the local pharmacy and pay out of pocket (especially if it's on the Walmart or Target $4 list) than to do it by mail.
