My doctor prescribed me xanax which is an anti-anxiety medicine and also aderall for my narcalepsy.?

I take my anti anxiety pill at night and then I take my aderall when I wake up. I feel like I am not even a person anymore. I am strung out and I have lost like 10 pounds in the last 2 weeks cause half the time I dont know if I am coming or going. Does anyone know of any medication that would work for my narcolepsy and anxiety at the same time.

two entirely different meds for two entirely different problems. Have you taken any skills classes to learn how to cope with the symptoms of anxiety? I did, and got off the xanax entirely.
