I applied for a job in mid May with my resume and cover letter. Since then, I have updated and critiqued my resume some more. I have an interview with the company tomorrow. Do I take the copy of the resume that I applied to the job with or the most up-to-date resume?

I would recommed taking the most updated resume with you. Employers dont mind seeing any updates in resume unless they r in contradictions to your previous resume. If the changes in the resume are genuine, i would say take the most updated copy of resume with you.
I hope this helps and good luck!

I would take your most updated version, you should be aware of your earlier resume in case questions come up regarding it but hand them a copy of your new one to show how much it has improved, you never know it may be more impressive!

Don't take either. They already have a copy of your resume or they wouldn't have called you for an interview. More than likely will have it in front of them during said interview. They might even have you fill out an application as well.

You can expand on your qualifications or whatever it was you changed during the interview.

Up to date resume.

When you walk into the interview, hand it to them and say, "this is my updated resume"

They will appreciate that.

Yes, especially if it includes more experience, education, or skills.

take both. Tell them that you have revised it and let them decide.
