computer wont start, even in safe mode?

it just freezes at the microsoft logo, the blue bar just stops. I cant start it in safe mode or anything else. All ican do is get into the setup thing. i read other answers and it said to reinstall the thing so i wont lose information. how do i go about doing that? does anyone know why this is happening in the first place?

It can be a driver file that does not want to load. try this boot your pc up when you see the wondows logo the first time hold the right shift button in, keep it in and see if it boots up. if if does you have a driver problem try to fix if asap.

if that does not work. boot up woth your windows system cd. you will see there is a place that say repair windows try that.

if that does not work you have a hardware problem.
start looking at your memory first.

It could be a system file is corrupted, or it might be a hardware problem (overheating, bad RAM, etc.).
