Can i use my birth cert. in place of the passport?

No, you need a passport to enter Morocco. When did you order you passport. Due to the changes a lot of American have been applying for a passport at once and so the processing time is taking longer than expected. Contact your local congress person, they might be able to help and expedite your request. You need it very soon.

Wow, you need to contact the passport agency and see if you can have it expedited! You can not use a birth certificate because that is not really proof of who YOU are.
