You must not care about your friends feelings.
You should tell him to break it off with your friend if he wants a shot with you.
Consider you will most likely lose your friend because of this.

Um, you don't. I'm older then you are, but not old enough that I don't remember what it was like being 16. Trust me you will regret it. No dude is worth ruining a friendship for. NONE. Even if you think you will love it and it will be great. I did it when I was your age and now I know I lost a girl who could have been my maid of honour at my wedding. And if he was willing to make out with you and then say forget it, he's clearly not worth it. He will probably do the same thing to you if some other girl wants him to. She might be a whore, but what does that make you and him????

It's not your choice to make. You can't control either her or him. It's HIS choice.
You are very young and inexperienced or you would see that he is playing around with both of you. The rotten one in this scenario is not your friend, although how you can call her a best friend when you call her those names is beyond me. No, the one who is two-timing both of you is the guy. He cheats on her with you - and then goes right back to her. Undoubtedly he is telling BOTH of you he "likes" you. And you two silly girls are panting after him and he loves it. He gets to fool around twice as much. In addition, it gives him a feeling of power, because he can manipulate both of you. First he blows hot, then cold, then hot, then cold - which keeps you guessing and in a state of perpetual excitement. This is not a person of very good character and if I were you, I'd make up with my friend and you two girls sit down together and compare notes. That ought to put him back in his place! If you two will show a united front, and both of you stop falling for his shenanigans, he will not be able to keep up the two-faced behavior for long. Of course this means that he will move on and find some other naive sucker to fall for his games. So don't be surprised when it happens.

Its none of your business who this guy is going out with! No one can change that except him, so don't bother trying, okay? It is very immature of you to be so selfish because you want to be with this guy (who sounds very stupid, by the way. I mean, if he's willing to stoop low enough to go out with this "whore", you would actually take him?). Stay off the property, if you know what I mean. And if you're going to set your sights on someone, make it someone available.

You're so young for having that attitude...sorry for saying this but you're having a slutty attitude and your image will be very damaged for it and if you do keep going in the future:
a)Guys won't take you seriously
b)No one will trust you to be friends with you
