First off is this a "traffic ticket" for a violation.If so then it could be worth 6 months to 2 years for unauthorised removal of court record.
But if theis is one of the special "tickets" that Senior passed out during his saftey program where he road along with the State Police in the various states where races were happening then you have something worth 100 to 150 dollars.This is just a guess but I got one from him in 1998 along with 2 tickets to Talladega.

The ticket was probably DUI . And it's not worth the paper it's written on.
