Its your choice, but I wouldn't do it- everyone I have ever known who has gotten their tongue pierced has had a lot of problems with it in terms of infection and broken teeth

I couldn't eat for a few days and I had a lisp. Other than that, it didn't hurt. Just felt like I bit my tounge but actually not as bad. However, I don't recommend it since you have a lip piercing already. I think having both would kind of be over doing it. And my personal opinion is I don't like guys with tounge piercings...

Tongue piercings usually swell alot and make talking hard.

Like Chris Rock says:

If a girl has a pierced tounge she will probably suck your d***. If a guy has pierced tounge he will probably suck your d***.

Well if you really want to, however i wouldn't overdue it. If you just got your lip pierced maybe you should wait a while before getting ANOTHER piercing.

if you really want to, do it.
i had it done and i kept it for about a month.
too hard to maintain, it was more a hassle than a pleasure.

but if you want to, do it... just to get it out of your system :)

but yea there's lots of side effects like tooth chipping, that sucks!

good luck

Only if you want to open a direct route for bacteria to enter your body.
